Intro to mountain biking: Callendar Estate, Falkirk

We will look at standing on pedals, where to look, and the perfect body position to help you gain confidence on the bike. This course is suited to anyone looking to try mountain biking for the first time, getting back into it, or regular riders looking to go back to basics. There is bike hire available from the local bike shop, Greenrig cycles, please book through them.
